Oh, wow. Those are one layer? Hats off to you!
Not all of them though!
For example, in my recent posts (like this one or this) I did the lineart first and then worked with a layer in multiply (filling it with darker tones), then I save everything as a PNG file, open it again and just blend the lighter colours in, working with just one layer. So those ones start off with two layers cus they have a base sketch.
On the other hand, these ones I started from scratch, those are the one layer paintings (it’s actually quite easy to tell them apart, these ones don’t have lines, and the other ones do; even though I do try to blend in the lines in the first mentioned so they don’t show (like that Rosemary one), but I’ve been so lazy lately to do that so just ignore this part, ahah).
